Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email on your order. Payment for the Sampler Pack, Family Pack, 1/8 Beef and 1/4 Beef is expected at the time of delivery. A deposit via credit card or Paypal is expected on a 1/2 Beef...you can do this here or contact John. Final invoice on half beef will depend on final packaged weight and is due upon delivery. Cash or Check is the preferred method of payment at delivery. Credit cards will be accepted, but will require a 3% surcharge.
